1:1 Leadership Coaching

A thinking partnership for people who carry real responsibility

You don’t come to this work to be fixed, motivated, or told who to be.

You come because there’s a level of responsibility, visibility, or inner complexity that no longer fits into quick advice or surface-level reflection, and you want a space where your thinking can sharpen rather than fragment.

This work often includes examining how self-imposed pressure becomes normal, and creating a relationship to rest that doesn’t require exhaustion to justify it.

This is 1:1 coaching for leaders, founders, and decision-makers who want to move with more internal steadiness, cleaner authority, and less emotional drag without outsourcing their power to someone else.

What this space IS

It’s a deliberate, confidential space where you slow your thinking down enough to hear what’s actually happening, beneath the strategies, roles, and self-explanations, and make decisions from there.

My role is not to direct you, but to sit with you in the complexity you already carry, without rushing it, dramatizing it, or trying to resolve it prematurely.

That’s where clarity tends to emerge.

What this space is NOT

This is not performance coaching.
It’s not therapy.
It is not accountability or hand-holding.
And it’s not a place where you get optimized or managed.

How I work

I don’t position myself as the expert on your life, your leadership, or your answers.

Instead, I work as a thinking partner, someone who can track emotional patterns, power dynamics, and internal loops in real time, and reflect them back without turning them into identity stories or problems to solve.

In our work together, you can expect:

☆ Direct, grounded conversations that don’t inflate or diminish you

☆ Emotional precision and regulation

☆ Space for ambiguity, silence, and non-linear movement

☆ Responsibility consistently returned to you, not held for you

The work is often quiet. The impact is not.

What tends to shift

People don’t leave this work with a new personality or a polished narrative. What usually changes is more subtle, and more useful:

☆ Decisions feel cleaner and less charged

☆ Boundaries become clearer without force

☆ Patterns around over-functioning, money, or worth lose their grip

☆ There’s less internal noise competing for attention

☆ Leadership presence steadies, even under pressure

Nothing is forced, nothing is manufactured.

Who this work is for

This work tends to resonate with people who:

☆ Carry responsibility for outcomes that affect others

☆ Are used to being the one others lean on

☆ Have done inner work already and want something more adult and precise

☆ Don’t want to be coached into a version of themselves

To benefit from this work, you don’t need to be in crisis, but you do need to be willing to sit honestly with yourself.

Who this work is NOT for

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

☆ Step-by-step frameworks or performance metrics

☆ High-frequency accountability or motivational pressure

☆ Someone to tell you what decision to make

☆ Fast, visible “breakthroughs” for the sake of progress

There are excellent coaches who do that work. But this is different.

The container

The 1:1 coaching package is offered in curated containers, typically over six to twelve months, to allow enough space for depth, integration, and real movement.

Sessions are confidential, spacious, and tailored. They are not cookie-cutter or formulaic.

Details, pricing, and fit are discussed privately.

About Rebecca Hansen

My work is shaped by decades of personal development, reflection, and identity exploration. I grew up in a home where inner work was lived long before it was mainstream, which made introspection familiar, though not always easy. I moved through depression, eating disorders, and anxiety in my teens, well before any professional success arrived.

In my twenties, I used mindset tools and high-achiever habits to keep moving. They worked in the ways they could, but they stayed at the surface. I was managing my thoughts, managing my image, managing the version of myself I thought I needed to present - all of which quietly pulled me away from my center.

The deeper shift came in my thirties, when I stepped into work that reached below all of that: embodiment, emotional capacity, and identity-level self-leadership. It brought me back to myself. It dissolved the performative layers that had been shaping my choices and opened a way of leading that felt grounded, honest, and sustainable. It wasn’t about doing less, it was about leading from a place that didn’t cost my wellbeing or clarity.

For the past decade, I’ve supported leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, and teams across sectors and continents to strengthen their presence, emotional capacity, and self-trust. My work sits at the intersection of ambition and wellbeing, and I’m known for helping people shift out of performative leadership and into something far more powerful: leadership that is internally anchored, relationally intelligent, and aligned with who they are at their core.

An Invitation

If you’re looking for a place where you don’t have to perform your growth, where you can think, feel, and decide without being managed, you’re welcome to reach out.

This work isn’t about becoming more, but about removing what’s in the way.
